“It was an honor to win this and be rewarded for all the passion and hard work that you put into the business,” said Gray, recipient of the dealer of the year award. “Being situated in the Northwest, it’s difficult to compete with the warmer climates generally in this industry, but I think we are starting to make a difference and raise awareness of the need for window film in colder climates. For me, success comes down to a lot of hard work, passion and always putting the customer first.”

  2. How is a top dealer recognised. Is it by the amount of film they buy or by the amount of film installed on windows?
    Do you recognise the effort the have put in creating and educating their market. Do you do a in depth study into each companies to see progress in training centres?
    Do you evaluate their inprovements in the web sites over time ?
