Meet the Exhibitors of the 2013 IWFC: Matrix Films Co.

July 10th, 2013 by Editor

Editor’s Note: Window Film magazine is marking the days until the 2013 International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ by introducing this year’s exhibitors with company profiles. Over the next few weeks, we will continue profiling companies you will see on the show floor—be sure to stay tuned.

We are excited to welcome Matrix Films Co., also known for its Premium Shield line, as an Exhibitor of the 2013 International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ (IWFC). The event is set to be held this September 18-20 in Tampa, Fla., at the Tampa Convention Center and Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina. The Exhibition/Extravaganza will be held September 18-20, where Matrix will be found in island booth 1000.

During the conference, attendees will be able to take part in educational seminars by industry leaders and expert speakers, network on the Exhibition/Extravaganza show floor with window film manufacturers and suppliers and view the Tint-Off™ competitions.

We spoke with Jamie Werner, sales trainer for Matrix.

Window Film magazine: Jamie, why did Matrix choose to exhibit at the 2013 IWFC?

Werner: More and more window tint installers are jumping into the paint protection market due to the opportunity it brings them. We want to bring our brand to those installers to show them that we can offer them an easier transition into the paint protection film (PPF) market and that we can provide the expertise in how to add this product/service as a complimentary piece to their business.

Window Film magazine: Why is an event like IWFC important to the film industry?

Werner: With such a hands-on product, you need to be able to showcase face to face how and what is going on in the market. Whether it’s new techniques, products, or just sharing ideas, committing to an event like this gives purpose individually to a larger scale towards improving an industry as a whole.  The bottom line for us is to showcase our products and services that allow for professional window tint installers to cross over to PPF without compromising their successful business.

Window Film magazine: What can attendees expect to see from Matrix at the 2013 show?

Werner: They can expect an open dialogue with answers to any questions that the industry has for us.  We will be offering a PPF demonstration, while creating opportunities on how a professional tint company can get into this business. We will allow installers to work with our film themselves so they can see how easy it is to use.

The International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ is co-sponsored by Window Film magazine and the International Window Film Association. The event is managed byWindow Film magazine and held concurrently with Auto Glass Week™.

With more than 30 years of combined history in the PPF market around the world, Holliston-Mass.-based Matrix Film Co. says its goal is to bring solutions to the everyday problems and nuances that deal directly with PPF, addressed by the company’s Premium Shield brand.

  1. Send some samples our way ,please……. 33 Durham St Raedene Johannesburg South Africa 2037 ..Attention Leon Levy

We are using lots of the Expel brand ( the ultimate) at the present time, as after all our experience we found it to be the best on the market.

In our opinion ”Llumar” is the worst, as we experienced many problems from their brand.

So if your product can compete all round with Expel, then we would like will talk to you.
