U.S. Film Crew and Nationwide Window Film Crew Join Forces
July 8th, 2013 by EditorU.S. Film Crew (USFC) and Nationwide Window Film Crew (NWFC) announced a merger agreement between the two companies, now operating under the USFC name and logo. Executives of both companies say they “believe the merger will position them to become the leading subcontract project management and installation company in the United States.” The company says it plans to expand office locations across the country following the merger.

“The integration of NWFC with USFC’s project management and installation expertise will provide the clients of both companies with access to more installers, broader national coverage and increased responsiveness,” says Glenn Yocca, founder and newly appointed CEO of USFC. “Not to mention the partnership will also result in greater efficiencies and increased expertise.”
“Teaming up with USFC accelerates my goals as a company,” says Frank Boglev, newly appointed chief operating officer of USFC and founder/owner of NWFC. “Our New York presence and experienced installers will provide customers of both companies with greater access to our combined resources and result in a unique installation capability.”
“Our clients will continue to receive the same high level of professionalism which they have come to expect,” states Yocca.
“It will be the same … but better,” adds Boglev.
The merger is the result of what Yocca and Boglev say was a “desire to deliver the highest quality of professional project management and window film installations to customers.”
“I feel strongly that integrating with USFC will significantly add value to the company and its customers,” explains Boglev.
“We are excited to move forward with this new partnership and expect only the best from each other, as well as our installation team,” says Yocca.
