Vinyl Record on Repeat

November 8th, 2013 by Editor

I know I keep saying it but I really mean it. Vinyl graphics are everywhere, and they’re definitely something to consider. While here at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas, I’ve seen wraps on nearly every vehicle that isn’t covered in paint protection film. It’s a huge growth opportunity for anyone in the industry; graphics can be applied to buildings as well for companies that may only offer architectural services.

I caught up with Vernon Jones, marketing supervisor at Mimaki, who told me, “A lot of people here at this show are looking for new business ideas to add to their companies so we’ve seen a lot of window film dealers looking for vehicle wrap add-ons.”

From a Browning wrap on a car in one of the automotive accessories booths, to Justin Pate in the Avery Dennison booth doing demos, wraps are dominating our section in the Restyling hall.
I know I sound like a broken record, but if you aren’t looking at wraps, you must have your blinders on.

If you’re at the show today, stop by and see me in booth #12549. I’d love to talk wraps and films with you.
