The IWFA Announces 2016 Plans

December 28th, 2015 by Casey Flores

The International Window Film Association (IWFA) is preparing for a very busy 2016 with a wide range of activities.

High on the agenda is the celebration of the association’s 25th anniversary.

“We are looking forward to a great year ahead as we celebrate the IWFA’s Silver Anniversary,” says Darrell Smith, executive director. “We have much to be proud of, but our work is never done. We will continue to deliver important services to our membership, and extol the many benefits of window film, including the economic, energy and health impacts that professionally installed window films provide.”

The association will also be rolling out plans—including materials for both members and non-members—to help make the third annual National Window Film Day on Saturday, April 30th another big success. This past April, the Governors of Hawaii, Massachusetts and Virginia proclaimed April 30th National Window Film Day, as did the Mayors of Austin, Texas, Chicago, Fort Myers, Texas, and St. Petersburg, Fla.
