The PWFDA Releases Code of Ethics for its Members

January 27th, 2016 by Casey Flores

The Professional Window Film Dealers Association (PWFDA) has released its formal “Code of Ethics,” intended to emphasize a code of business behavior by which its members operate.

“We are only as strong as the foundation we build and with the intention of moving our industry forward it’s necessary to have a solid code of ethics in place,” says Chris Robinson, president.

The ethical code is to:

  • Create and maintain a safe workplace;
  • Adhere to all laws, codes, and industry approved practices;
  • Deal fairly and honestly with customers, co-workers and suppliers;
  • Promote and participate in fair and ethical competition;
  • Complete all contractual obligations in a timely and professional manner;
  • Consistently perform work to the highest of industry-wide standards;
  • Willingly share technical information and resources with other PWFDA members; and
  • Advocate for the proper use of window film products both locally and nationally.
