International Window Film Association (IWFA) Returning to Sponsor WFCT™ in San Antonio

August 24th, 2016 by Katherine Coig

IWFA is returning to sponsor the annual International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ (WFCT) in San Antonio this October.

Window Film magazine spoke with Paul Tauchar, Chair of the IWFA Members Action Committee, on what attendees can expect to see from the company this year.

WF: Why did you decide to sponsor WFCT™ 2016 this year?

PT: The attendance of excited and eager-to-learn newcomers to the window-film industry—as well as those with much experience—creates an ideal platform for the IWFA to deliver valuable content, information and training directly to dealers and distributors.

WF: Please express what you find to be the most beneficial part of being a Sponsor of WFCT?

PT: The opportunity to show all interested people just what the IWFA has to offer to its membership, as well as highlighting the ongoing industry enhancement and business protection activities taking place “behind the scenes” on behalf of the industry as a whole.

WF: If you could use just one word to best describe WFCT what would it be?

PT: Either “Networking” or “Platform”—thus “networking platform” would be an ideal description.

WF: Tell us about the top product or service your company will be showcasing to WFCT attendees.

PT: The block of educational seminars presented during the IWFA Education Day part of the schedule has been designed to deliver information specially requested by dealers and distributors to our Members Action Committee. These presentations, along with the added information and assistance for dealers at the IWFA booth and the accreditation classes being offered in the evenings should create a higher level of educated awareness for the industry.

WF: Describe any show specials your company plans to offer at the event.

PT: Once again, the IWFA is proud to announce that Accreditation Testing will be offered in the evenings to all registered show attendees—which are FREE for IWFA members—and with a $100 savings to non-members at a net price of $200 per test taken.  In addition, with this arrangement, a company can join the IWFA for only $175 and send as many employees as it wishes for free accreditation training and testing.

More information on these specials can be found on the IWFA website (www.iwfa.com) or by calling (276) 666-4932.
