Inspiration life coach Tony Robbins says, “If you do what you’ve always done, you’ll get what you’ve always gotten.”

As we move into 2018, Absolute Perfection Inc. (AP Corp.) CEO Bill Valway says his company is focused on growth. The company is making an investment in the future success of its employees both personally and professionally by partnering with internationally recognized Sandler training coaches, the McDonell Consulting Group, LLC.

Sandler trainers have all achieved high levels of career success in sales and management, according to the company. They use these skills in combination with the Sandler sales methodology in their mission to train and mentor others on the path to success.

“At the core, Sandler training to me means ‘having the courage to set and achieve personal and professional goals and aspirations to unprecedented levels.’ The Sandler methodology fosters an attitude of leadership, rather than just emphasizing technique. Reinforcement training facilitates the development of new and empowering behaviors, attitudes and skills, mapping a unique road map to lasting success,” says Chris McDonell, McDonell Consulting and Development CEO.

This style of reinforcement training uses a combination of delivery methods in order to help trainees quickly master, retain and apply their new skills, accelerating the path to growth and success. Training takes place on-site and off-site through classroom training, problem-solving workshops, high-energy boot camps and interactive multi-media material, both in groups and one-on-one in order to reach each team member’s unique needs adding tremendous strength to the team as a whole.

“I am committed to ensuring my team has all the tools needed for success, both personally and professionally,” says Valway. “In 2018, we will expand our sales team by 50 percent, and that is just the beginning! Over the next seven years, our goal is to increase revenue to $50,000,000 with strategic locations east of the Mississippi with a nationwide reach. With the tools, resources and a detailed plan for success mapped out by Sandler, we will very likely exceed these goals and all other goals we set out to achieve. I believe in my team, and they believe in me. With that solid foundation, passion for what we do and drive for greatness—the sky is the limit!”

In 2017 AP Corp. grew from one location in Sykesville, Md., to opening a second location in Wilmington, N.C., and is currently seeking potential locations in the Midwest.

  1. Your mentors need to have experience from all sides of the fence in my opinion. The problem with most consulting firms is there people can” talk the talk, walk the walk,” but when” shove comes to push” how many of them have ever owned and run there own successful business In most cases I would say if they were so smart they would be running their own business making lots of money for them selves. From my experience lots of consultants are people who can’t find stable jobs or have gone belly up in there own businesses.
I guess on second thoughts going out of business is a experience which maybe you can teach other what not to do.
Running a successful is a science and unless you have spent many many years in the laboratory and out in the field hand on, how can you honestly teach and pass on knowledge to others.
