Small-Business Owners Say Inflation Has Become a Bigger Problem Than the Labor Shortage

I don’t believe there is a labor shortage. Let’s think about it differently. The problem is how some leaders run a business. Specifically how they obtain and retain top talent. Basically what it comes down to is there are no bad teams only bad leaders. The industry should focus on how to become a good leader and run a successful business.
