Small-business owners are more pessimistic about the economy than they have been in decades, according to the Small Business Optimism Index released Tuesday by the National Federation of Independent Business.

  1. I don’t believe there is a labor shortage. Let’s think about it differently. The problem is how some leaders run a business. Specifically how they obtain and retain top talent. Basically what it comes down to is there are no bad teams only bad leaders. The industry should focus on how to become a good leader and run a successful business.
