Three Marketing Reasons You Should Attend WFCT
As we head into July, San Antonio’s International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ (WFCT) is right around the corner. There will be a great deal of informative seminars and activities sure to make your attendance worthwhile. With that in mind, I want to highlight three marketing reasons why you should attend.

1. Things You Will Learn in the Seminars: One of the terrific things about WFCT is all of the break-out educational seminars. These will cover many areas of business, sales, technical, etc. In addition, there will be a variety of marketing sessions you can attend.
These sessions will give you many ideas and tips on improving your marketing efforts once back home.
2. Things You Will Learn From Exhibitors: Another great opportunity is to pick the brain of the many great exhibitors in attendance. These companies have hands on the pulse of industry happenings across the country—and worldwide.
Take advantage of this opportunity to talk with these individuals and ask them what marketing tools and programs they see working well. Many of these companies will happily share ideas with you. This can fill your mind with great ideas to take note of and utilize in your market.
In addition, ask them what tools they offer to help you in your marketing efforts on the local level. You might be blown away by the shop displays, brochures and digital assets available for usage. In addition to film, consider what additional things a company offers to help you achieve your goals locally.
3. Things You Learn From Other Attendees: I often say that the best thing about any conference is the networking and discussions that happen between attendees. You have the opportunity to talk shop with many other people that are in the same situation as you. How did they scale their business? What marketing strategies have worked for them? And what challenges are they facing?
You can learn a lot from the conversations and relationships created at a conference like WFCT. The best part is that these relationships continue for many years, and the benefits and shared knowledge continue to grow as years progress.
I hope this article causes you to consider attending WFCT this September. It’s hard to go to an event like this and not derive value. If you attend, find me and say hello. I look forward to seeing people I know and meeting many new faces.
See you in San Antonio!
