NGS Acquires Sunset Window Tinting, Growing Texas Operations and Gaining in-House Printing Infrastructure

The acquisition expands NGS’ operational footprint in the state of Texas and strengthens its custom window film and graphics printing capabilities. This marks NGS’ second acquisition of 2022.

Plus, their in-house printing operations and capabilities will enable us to better serve our customers nationwide with custom printed window film and graphics.”
NGS landed at the top of WINDOW FILM magazine’s Top Dealer ranking in 2021 and 2022.

The transaction closed on November 1, 2022. Details were not disclosed.
