A Utah Highway Patrol trooper pulled over a car with an Indiana license plate for having tinted windows that were too dark.
how can utah cop stop a vehicle from another state for window tint .. every state has there own tint laws .. I’m sure utah tint laws are different than Indianapolis tint laws
