The event has host hotels in two different locations for 2023. The event’s headquarter hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton Virginia Beach, located right next to the Convention Center. It’s a couple blocks from the city’s Vibe Creative District filled with dining, shopping and entertainment and offers the best walking access to WFCT.

The other WFCT Host Hotels are along the oceanfront and include the Fairfield Inn & Suites Virginia Beach Oceanfront, Hilton Virginia Beach Oceanfront, and Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront. These hotels will have WFCT busses that shuttle attendees from these hotels to the event throughout the three days.
